Connie in a recording studio in the early 1960s. This photo shows how recording sessions were done. Everybody including all pieces of the orchestra peform in this small room. The session either works beautifully or it bombs. Each and every person must not make a mistake or else everybody has to start over. Nowadays, each piece is recorded separately and later mixed together to give music perfection. Although some people feel that this latter technique is not as magical as the former (also many of the artists never see the instrument players when making a CD these days).
